Name: Marn Goakes
"You there, with the dumb looking face?  Go fuck yourself."

Appearance: A middle-aged man with brown hair and a really spiky haircut.  Usually wears a red and silver headset.  He likes to wear a bright red shirt underneath a padded vest.  Wears khaki shorts and a utility belt that holds a wrench and several pouches that presumably carry ammunition.  His footwear consists of a pair of significantly worn combat boots.  Has fair skin and striking green eyes.

Personality: Marn is an incredibly rude fellow.  He likes to pick fights he probably can't win and generally hurl insults at whomever he pleases.  Even his most trusted friends still feel the blunt end of his striking personality.  He can also be incredibly inappropriate, and has had the cops called on him on multiple occasions for sexual harassment.  Generally, he doesn't take it to a physical level.

Backstory: Marn started out his campaign as a total shitlord when he agreed to operate within the ranks of the "Greni" gang in Pryona.  Together, they laid waste to anyone they pleased.  Fires scorched city streets, bodies littered the alleyways, and you could rarely find a block without a bloodstain somewhere on it.  Marn was preferred as a spearhead to attacks due to the general durability he maintained in firefights.  After Gaton's rise to power, however, he was forced to flee the city.  He eventually settled with a job in Agorix as a destruction worker under Zoey Dunson.  He would later go on to join up with her and Trace Erlaca to form Team Martyr, well-known for their balanced composition (Quick blitzer, medium speed assault and slow tank).

Weapons/Other Abilites:

D.O.W.V.: Short for Designated Offensive War Vehicle, this is Marn's main weapon.  D.O.W.V. is a 10-foot tall mech with a glass dome covering a cockpit.  When inside, Marn has access to a number of weapons:

30 mm. Cannon: Located in the chest area of the mech, this cannon fires devastating 30 mm. rounds that tear through structures.

Dual miniguns: Based where the hands would be in the mech, these miniguns shred their enemies with a spray of bullets.

Fisty punches: The miniguns are capable of turning into regular hands.  It's a giant mech, so these can lay the smackdown very well.

Rockets: Two hexabarreled rocket launchers protrude from the shoulders of the mech.  These can act in correspondence with the LDS and PDS.

Laser Designation System: LDS for short, this is part of an extensive overlay presented to Marn in the cockpit.  When he tags an area with the LDS, the rocket pods will target the designated area.  This cannot track targets, and if an enemy is tagged, they can simply move out of the way of the tag line.  The LDS is, however, capable of tagging targets behind walls and cover.  In addition, Marn is capable of moving the tag.

Pod Designation Systems: PDS for shot, these are located on the wrists of the mech.  When fired, these launchers fire beacons that stick to their targets.  Rockets fired from the pods will track the beacons, and due to the presence of two launchers, each pod can follow a separate beacon.

Flame Spinners: A rotor occupies the waist of the D.O.W.V.  When this ability is activated, the rotor spits a pillar of flame from four nozzles and rapidly spins, creating a particularly effective melee attack.

Energy Shield: Rounding off the general sturdiness of the D.O.W.V. is a energy shield activated by stomping the ground while in the mech.  Its major downfall is that it only protects the front of the mech, and given the size and weight of the mech, Marn can't exactly turn quickly enough to deflect quick strikes to the rear.

Sniper Rifle: Marn's only offensive option outside of the mech is a high-powered bolt-action sniper rifle.  Presumably, the ammunition carried in his pouches goes to this.

Other:
-Marn is on a less-than-friendly basis with Thunder.  While they work together, they frequently get into arguments and tend to fight.

Name: Captain James "J." Charleston
"I'M THE CAPTAIN HERE, YA SEE?"

Appearance: A man in his mid-twenties, with short, scruffy black hair. Wears a standard dark blue Navy Captain's cap with a white polo shirt and blue pants, covered with a snazzy navy-blue overcoat. A golden pocket watch can be seen in his left coat pocket, along with two fancy pens. Finally, both his hands are covered with his favorite weapons: a pair of fingerless leather gloves.

Personality: Commanding, gruff, and generally very captain-like in his mannerisms, but he's very silly and fun-loving otherwise. He feels the need to act as Captain-like as possible, but there are times where his whimsical and silly nature overpowers him and he ends up spouting random non-sequiturs. Generally speaks with a hearty pirate accent, and has a tendency to ham up his speeches whenever he's addressing a crowd. He does have a serious and calculating side, only seen when he's taking a fight seriously. Otherwise, he simply treats most threats as a joke.

Backstory: Originally a sailor from parts unknown, the Captain lived a rather boring life of an arms dealer, being suckered into it after his intense passion for adventure made him lose a bet, putting the Captain in massive debt. One day, during a dangerous run from one continent to another, he found himself in the middle of a huge storm, which wrecked both his ship and his crew. When he awoke, he discovered himself upon the continent of Trahlm. Thrilled to see a new place to explore, the Captain immediately went to work to secure another ship, along with a new persona.

Weapon/Other Abilities:

Fighting Prowess: Before becoming a sailor, the Captain enjoyed street fights and brawls, eventually finding a suitable style to bash peoples' faces in. He isn't afraid to experiment with impractical techniques (mainly those from other fighters), and most of his moves are stylish, always taking pride in finishing his opponent with incredibly showy-off techniques. Favors a quick beatdown, although he can hold his own in prolonged fights.

Pattern Reading: The Captain recognizes patterns fairly easily, able to eventually predict his opponent given enough time. Combined with his speed, he's known for immediately countering attacks at abnormal speed, before his opponent can even make a move.

"Take off that Goddamn Coat": The Captain's coat seems to be layered in some sort of armor which is impervious to simple weaponry, protecting the user from bladed or blunt weapons. It has little magic resistance too, and always stays in one piece even when burnt or torn.

Ain't Having That/Translocation: Since the Captain knew he had a disadvantage against people with projectiles, whether it was guns, magic, or whatever, he decided to train his own speed to a level where he could accurately trace where the projectiles would go and dodge accordingly, at blinding speeds. His favorite use of this is taunting at long range, only to sidestep and deck his opponent in the face when they make the first shot.

Them's Fightin Words: When thoroughly annoyed enough or attacked by surprise, the Captain's expression turns dead serious, in which he takes off the coat. You don't want him to take off the coat. A No-Holds Barred Beatdown soon occurs, while both his speed and power increases dramatically.

Other:
-He always prefers to be addressed by his title rather than his name, finding it rude when people address him as otherwise.
-He knows a big deal about weaponry, despite having a strong dislike towards them. He owns an airship where he conducts his business (whatever that is)

Castle of the Guy: The local castle of the king, ever since his flying fortress and castle both exploded. A well structured and large battlement, the castle contains a variety of rooms, including the throne room, the front desk, the beautiful courtyard, and a seemingly empty room, located somewhere in the upstairs floor. It's free to the public, but the security itself is quite tight, to prevent any dumb people from bombing the place or something. Civilians have reported hearing several loud and obnoxious noises, both female and one catlike. TG doesn't seem to mind it, nor notice it, however. Also there's rumors of the castle being larger than it is, but that's probably silly commoner talk, of course.

Name: Spencer “Swuff” Phantos

Appearance: A man who appears to be in his mid-twenties.  He has short, light brown hair underneath a white ball cap he usually wears.  Wears a grey polo shirt with white sleeves and a large light blue “S” on the front.  His grey gym shorts barely reach his knees.  He does have a brown pair of dress shoes, but they’re significantly worn.  Has a squarish jaw and silver eyes.

Personality: Most people like to sum up Swuff as “Oh god why.”  Swuff is incredibly hyperactive.  He just loves to join in on any random conversation and steer it in a completely fucked up direction.  In addition, he generally tries to take everything to a sexual level.  One week he might be interested in harassing TGOT, the next GBT.  He also has an incredible ability to do something that perfectly fits in with as many pet peeves as possible.  He annoys the crap out of anyone he speaks to, yet he has a strange loony charm that acts as pretty much the only barrier from exile.  Swuff’s incredibly scatterbrained, however, so don’t expect to have a sane conversation with him anytime soon.

Backstory: Swuff just kind of appeared one day.  One day, life’s normal in Agorix, the next, some guy walks in talking about a pregnancy test designed for dinosaurs.  Strange.

Weapons/Other abilities:
The Fun Loop: Swuff’s only notable possession is a lasso.  People caught by the lasso don’t like to talk about why he has a lasso.  The lasso seems to have slight homing, and it’s never once broken.
