Something for guild quest.
(click to show/hide)
Name: Sendrel
Appearance: Tall and lean, Sendrel is actually 98% robotic. The only organic part of him is his brain, which has several electronic implants in it that aid with his calculations during combat. The surface of his body is covered in a tough, flexible, and opaque material, though there are gaps in the coverage around his joints to allow for better flexibility. The cables acting as muscles are actually visible around these areas. His eyes glow red and do not shut off, even if he goes into a dormant state. Film made of tough materials slip over the eyes during combat. His face "muscles" are capable of displaying a wide range of emotions. His bracers stick out somewhat from his wrists, and each is peppered with holes. His feet are always bare, with no sensory detectors within them. This allows him to walk across many hazardous surfaces and use them haphazardly in combat. The weight of his body makes it such that his movements are somewhat sluggish. When he speaks, his voice is harsh, grating, and hollow. He stands at 5'11"
Personality: Sendrel thinks very highly of himself, believing himself to be superior to all other life on the planet. He generally will only act for his own benefit; he considers helping others a "byproduct." While he is not above directly assisting others, he will only do so as long as he gets something out of it, and he will consistently remind them of who he thinks is superior. His speech usually drips with apathy and disinterest, though if he is interested in a topic he gains a more natural tone. Beyond his arrogance, Sendrel tries to display very little of his emotions. He will open up if he feels comfortable, or if he has particularly strong opinions on a topic. He also displays a certain degree of greed, often trying to claim the lion's share of any bounties.
Backstory: Sendrel was the security guard of a wealthy family a long time ago. Over the years, he grew attached to them, and they to him. Unfortunately, he failed miserably at that job and witnessed the entire family get slaughtered by an unknown assailant. Stricken with grief at the loss, and angry with himself for failing, he sought improvement over his current capabilities. This eventually led him to receiving various cybernetic replacements. But it wasn't enough. He went so far as to replace his entire body, and receive implants to his brain. The implants messed with his head, turning him from a man wanting to better himself into an arrogant, hollow shell, willing to do anything to move himself up in the world.
Weapons/other abilities: Sendrel wears a pair of sonic bracers on his forearms. Each is hollow and made of a special lightweight alloy designed to produce and amplify specific sounds based on internal conditions. To work them, he physically impacts them in some fashion, then flexes his wrists in specific fashions to push dampers against their interior surfaces, adjusting the sounds produced. Once he builds up a desired sound level internally, he opens the holes on each, releasing the sound waves. With these, he can create a range of effects, from messing with opponent's inner ears and setting them horribly off balance to physically impacting them with concentrated, intense waves of sound. While he does use this extensively, he also uses hand-to-hand combat, using a blend of styles more focused on heavy hitting rather than nimble movements.

The City of Forgotten Hopes
Pryona City
During its golden years, Pryona thrived on its heavily industrial zoning. The city enjoyed constant sunshine and laid-back afternoons sitting on a rooftop lounge watching the sun sink below the horizon. At one point, the atmosphere got a little too laid-back for the mayor, Joseph McCan, to handle. He let his grip go for a moment, and the city erupted in a massive crime wave headed by the Greni gang’s new weapon. With help from Marn Goakes, the Greni terrorized the city streets. The P.C.S.F. (Pryona City Special Forces) was formed to counter this imminent crime threat. With backing from weapons provided by Lungei Nesenthry, this surprisingly effective force pushed back the filth.
Lungei, however, got a little too carried away. He crafted up a pair of gloves that could grant the user special abilities. When word spread that there were new weapons out there, the interest of a certain Trace Erlaca was piqued. Trace struck first at a force raiding a suspected thief hideout. His next move was to directly assault a parade hosted by the mayor. After seeing firsthand what his city could devolve into, McCan put control of the P.C.S.F. into the hands of Gaton Preyld. This was a massive mistake.
Gaton backstabbed McCan, both literally and physically. With the one man who could stop him out of the way, he assumed full control over Pryona. Dark skies began to roll in as he crushed the city under his iron grip. He used the city’s industrial muscle for his own profit while it collapsed under him. Trace, Lungei, and most of the city’s population fled Pryona. One in every four buildings wound up closed down, and whatever wasn’t taken with the residents was looted by some prospecting thief looking to score a quick buck. Despite the faulty standings of the city, Gaton maintained his hold on the city. Pryona city currently stands as a dark shell of its former self, with a third of its original population still remaining in the abused districts. Gaton has heavily militarized the city, and it isn’t rare to find an automated turret on a rooftop or a sniper gazing down on a street from a nest miles away.
(click to show/hide)
Name
: Gaton Preyld
Appearance
: A man who is in his mid-thirties. His face is defined by a distinct five o’clock shadow. He wears a black suit with red lining and dress pants to match. He also wears a matching black cavalier hat with a red feather and lining. His tie is also red. Maybe he likes red? He notably keeps a briefcase on him at all times.
Personality
: Gaton is incredibly possessive. He’s also very greedy, and whenever he gets his hands on what he feels is a good asset, you’d have to break his fingers to get him to let it go. Because of this, he tends to earn an antagonistic role in most of his relationships. He’s arrogant and unpredictable, and he will backstab somebody if he feels it will benefit him.
Backstory
: Gaton found his passion in manipulating people to his advantage. He discovered his innate ability to do so as early as grade school, in which he blackmailed almost every teacher he came into contact with. After graduation, he tired of his life and immediately delved as deep into crime as he could get. Human trafficking, smuggling, you name it, he’d done it at some point. So naturally, he was hailed as a fantastic leader. He began to associate himself with Trace Erlaca, and began to work odd jobs around the city. However, his manipulative side took over fairly quickly-- he paid Carbin Slen and Trace (the latter forcing him to identify as an "anonymous benefactor") to battle each other in the streets in an attempt to get local law enforcement to apprehend both and make him look good as a result. When that failed, he re-earned the trust of Trace by aiding him in a strike on a company called Sylveocorp. After some bold moves by his stormy friend, however, Gaton finally saw his chance to wrest control of Pryona and took it. Trace, viewing this as an act of betrayal, cut off ties with Gaton, prompting a response in which the elemental was plopped in the middle of Polta. Gaton then militarized the city and began to extort money from local businesses. While many oppose his regime, few can challenge it.

Locations begin.
(click to show/hide)
Sheillo City
All the Info:
Sheillo City is a rather small city bordering on the ocean on the upper left corner of The Cutopian Continent. While it is on the smaller side compared to cities like Agorix, it still holds to be one of the most important cities on the continent due to it's resources and trading. Due to this, it's considered one of the top leaders of the continent if there's ever something super important that pops up.
Due to the location, Sheillo has many of the aspects that you'd find in a coastal city. Beaches line the ocean and is a very popular tourist attraction. Large docks also line the ocean where plenty of boats come to port to do whatever boats do. For a city, the buildings really aren't that tall, but there are many of them to fit the tourist attraction.
The city can only really be accessed by train or by flight due to the mountain range that cuts it off. While there is an old path carved through the mountains, it hasn't been touched in years so everyone just takes the train. CHOO CHOO!
Instead of being in some grand location, the mayor of Sheillo elected to put City Hall by the beach so he too could enjoy a nice tan every once and a while. There's also some fancy statue of the founder too, so that's neat.
In recent times, Sheillo City has also served as the base of operations for a small group of people trying to take down crazy people around the world.
I might edit in more later but this is what I have right now.

Basically, TGOT, Thunder, and I have been reworking the general world layout because just pasting different names on Earth continents is really lame.
Though it's still WIP so more info on that later. But most of the super important places are on the Cutopian Continent. whoa.

Salburr Forest
The Forest of Seasons
The vast forest neighboring Agorix City has stood longer than anyone can remember. The lighter side of the forest is a popular tourist attraction at any time of year, featuring hiking trails and other such recreation. It is renowned for its unparalleled beauty, to the point where it's almost poetic. With each season, the forest changes drastically. It contains countless streams, and a few ponds as well. Numerous bridges and footpaths have been built throughout. The deeper parts house all manner of wildlife, from raccoons, to foxes, to snakes, all manner of birds, and even bears. However, there have been reports of a lone bandit wandering the forest as well. The forest is home to the Hunters' Lodge, which houses the Hunters' Brigade.
In a fit of rage, Dictator Birdbot once tried to burn down the forest, but Gunther and Winston promptly sent him packing.

I had a bit of free time during school today, so I used to to draft out bits and pieces of this guy.
I needed a ninja anyway
(click to show/hide)
Name
: Carbin Slen
“Are you afraid?”
Appearance
: Carbin has long, pitch-black hair that covers most of his head. His eyes are colored yellow and glow slightly in the dark. A black hood casts a shadow over most of his face, leaving only his mouth visible. He likes to use this to his advantage, as he has a small pair of fangs. The hood is connected to an equally dark jacket worn over a grey t-shirt. His dark blue jeans have a gash running diagonally up the left leg, and his tennis shoes are stained brown with mud.
Personality
: Carbin loves to play the role of the hunter. He drives fear directly into the hearts of his victims, and his abilities only augment his ability to do so. Carbin does not like to associate with anybody, preferring to act on his own accord. If he does form any kind of partnership, his partner has a good chance of never waking up again. He speaks in prose dripping heavily with malice and sarcasm.
Backstory
: Carbin originally operated in Pryona City. He silently terrorized the city with his hunting skill, striking only at night. Oddly enough, he received a contract to murder a particular Trace Erlaca (Who had, ironically, received a sum of cash to kill Carbin from the same benefactor). They met in the streets of Pryona's sprawling industrial complex and began to duke it out. The battle raged fiercely, yet quickly; after two short minutes, both parties fled the scene in part to injuries sustained (Trace received a scar on his back and Carbin received one down his leg) and in part to the intervention of local law enforcement. Though both parties escaped with their lives, a bitter rivalry had been born. The next step in this antagonism came during the events of CSA1; during the brief preparation period the party took in anticipation of their final battle with Count Nostalgia, Carbin ambushed Trace and successfully took his place in the party, only revealing his presence at the very end when the party had finally triumphed over their antagonist.
Weapons/ Other Abilities
:
Darkness
: Carbin is capable of draining almost all light in a very large area. He always uses this tactic while on the hunt, as it does a very effective job of instilling fear into the target. At a distance, all the victim will see is Carbin’s glowing yellow eyes. This ability can be countered with light-generating magic.
Disappear
: When Carbin uses this ability, he teleports into a small pocket dimension. When he does this, a purple silhouette of dust will appear where he was for a short time. He can teleport back into the real world whenever he pleases, and he likes to stay out of the action for a prolonged period to drive paranoia into his target.
Hunter’s Perception
: Carbin is fully capable of seeing in the dark. This removes any and all consequence for casting darkness over an area.
Throw
: When he took Thunder’s place in CSA, Carbin inherited a massive supply of throwing knives. He keeps these in the same pocket dimension he teleports to in his Disappear ability.
Ahbu
: Carbin carries a karambit knife adorned with the insignia of a scorpion. The symbol is accurate, as the victim of a stab from Ahbu will find a nonlethal poison coursing through their veins. This poison is known to cause sluggishness, but the effects wear off after a minute or so.
Other
: I got the idea for this guy’s name from when a teacher wrote me a pass to my next class and horrifyingly mangled my name.

Robot character! There aren't enough of them.
Going with a musical name ala Mega Man because why not?
(click to show/hide)
Staccato
"Where are we today?"
Appearance: Originally a humanoid robot usually seen wearing orange with a small black jacket and a helmet loosely attached to his head. However, his current appearance differs.
Personality: Differs depending on the current situation. It could be desperate and scared, bored and uninterested, or even in upbeat and excited to get some work done. It all depends on where he currently finds himself. At his core though, he doesn't want to cause anyone anyone trouble and tries to do the right thing just not something crazy. However, this often conflicts with...various things. Said conflicts often leave him trying to figure out how to simply scrap himself to get rid of the trouble, yet it never seems to work out for one reason or another.
Backstory: Staccato was created as a prototype to test out a different way to program robots. Instead of being defined to one core being, Staccato's essence could be transferred from machine to machine with little to no problem at all in the way of a small chip which can be compared to an SD card if you wish. It worked successfully and the programming proved useful. However, this very factor backfired when his home was attacked by Dr. Robotno during one of his schemes. While his plan ended in failure, he did manage to cause some havoc including destroying Staccato's body completely and stealing his chip. However, as it's Robotno we're talking about, he accidentally dropped the chip on his way back to his base and it landed in some deserted area.
It lay there for a few weeks before it was found and placed in a small warehouse.
And as fate had it, the warehouse was robbed by some thugs who ended up putting the chip into a computer where Staccato took over for a bit. From this point, Staccato's luck dive bombed and it as it happened, something would happen to what he's currently inhabiting at least once every two weeks and he would somehow be transferred into a different body. Whether it's a police bot that gets destroyed, a small utility that is accidentally dropped off a bridge, getting taken by some crazy guy into a robot meant for war, or if he's really unlucky a toaster, Staccato is doomed to be constantly switching bodies and the cycle isn't seeming to end anytime soon. As mentioned in his personality, he has tried to scrap himself to escape this never ending cycle, the chip always survives and is shoved into another machine.
Abilities- Differs depending on what he is currently occupying.
Other- This character became a bit of a bummer as I kept writing didn't it? Oh well.

but I moronmoded and I forgot that both CF and Freeman have posted since then
whoop
(click to show/hide)
Name
: Hamil Kroah
"You know what they say, a picture's worth a thousand dollars! Eh, or something."
Appearance
: A relatively young woman, being just twenty-two. Hamil’s hair is a light brown, falling straight at medium-short length. She has fair skin and brown eyes that twinkle when she’s excited. She wears a brown beanie cap and cream colored wool coat, underneath of which is a simple light brown t-shirt. Completing the set is a pair of dark brown khakis and a pair of brown boots. As can be guessed, her favorite color is brown.
Personality
: Cheerful and innocent. You’d be hard pressed to catch Hamil in a bad mood. Her personality bubbles over frequently, to the point where it can become a little overbearing. Despite this, Hamil always has the best of intentions. If she finds somebody looking a bit down, she’ll make it a point to cheer them up. She also works as a photographer. As such, a camera is ever hung from a strap around her neck. She generally doesn’t like to kill, and in fact has not taken the life of a single person.
Backstory
: Hamil once worked for an information gathering company known as FrueCorp. At some point in her career, she was instructed to gather information on a company known as SylveoCorp. Her husband, Jerun Kroah, was well acquainted with a few ex-members of the toxic company, so he gave Hamil detailed instructions on what she could do. When she arrived on the scene, however, she found that her brother had already destroyed everything in the building. There wasn’t really a lot of information left to get, so she cut her losses and went home. FrueCorp, having not yet heard of the destruction, fired Hamil for not doing her job. She enacted revenge by literally framing an employee for an unauthorized break-in at the Qniversity library. Rather tragically, however, Jerun later died to Gaton Preyld’s hand during his takeover of Pryona City. Hamil, ever faithful, retained the last name. She fled with her good friend Arni Morres and her mother Sharon Erlaca to Sheillo City, where she found work as a freelance photographer. Hamil found herself becoming a regular at the Flowing Note, Vargan Adante's bar. The two became friends soon after.
Weapons/Other Abilites
:
It’s Just a Camera
: Hamil carries an odd camera around. It looks exactly like a Canon brand camera, except for a strange mechanism at the lens resembling the cylinder of a revolver. This cylinder cycles different types of lenses on the camera. Each lens has a different effect. In combat, Hamil leaves the flash on.
Fire Lens
: When the camera fires with this lens equipped, a pillar of flame erupts from the lens. This can leave quite a burn, and it’s possibly the most destructive ability on the lens.
Electric Lens
: When the camera fires with this lens equipped, 5-9 arcs of electricity shoot from the lens. While not as destructive as its fire counterpart, it’s the most accurate of the six lenses.
Ice Lens
: Hamil just loves making puns off of this one. When the camera fires with this lens equipped, everything that can be seen in the viewfinder is frozen instantly. Unfortunately, this ability has a range of just around 30 feet, so Hamil cannot really engage in long distance combat with this ability. She loves to refer to the effect as a “Flash Freeze,” which usually annoys just about anyone around her.
Wind Lens
: When the camera fires with this lens equipped, a horrifyingly potent blast of wind rips from the lens. This can knock a target back outstandingly far.
Stun Lens
: While all of the camera modes sans the normal lens are guaranteed to emit a flash, the stun lens expands on this. When fired, anyone caught in the blinding flash won’t be able to attack for a good while.
Normal Lens
: Just an ordinary camera lens. This is the only lens of the six that does not force the camera to emit a flash, however, it is still an option.
Say Cheese
: Hamil’s favorite feature of the camera is that it still captures pictures even in its attack mode. After a relatively heated battle, the camera is usually filled to the brim with pictures of her enemy’s reactions to her attacks.
Other
: Trace Erlaca is Hamil's implied brother. While the two technically don't have any blood relations, they treat each other as siblings regardless.

Twill Ti'aets
"D-don't worry about me... I can handle myself now, right? I can do this..."
Backstory
After hearing about a Crush Chaos base hidden on Fist Mountain, the Brothers of Smash instantly leaped into action to destroy the base and liberate any prisoners. With an elite team led by Meilene Smashfield (suicide lead), Annette Navya (status control), and Khaspice Braules (sweeper), a swarm of Brothers quickly overwhelmed the Chaos goons in a surprise ambush. After eliminating the enemy threat, the team realized that the mountain base actually served as a testing ground for various strange experiments. Looking through the laboratory, Khaspice and Meilene stumble upon a cylinder container filled with a strange liquid, with several computer screens monitoring its conditions. Obviously of importance to Crush Chaos, the Brothers decide to take the container back to base in order to analyze its contents further. Or, rather, they
would
have analyzed the liquid if it didn't start screaming in panic while they were carrying it out of the lab.
It turns out the container held a slime girl, and she was in a helpless state of fear and confusion. She couldn't remember anything about herself. Her daily life, her family, her hometown... even her name was lost underneath the cloud of torture and trauma from repeated "experimentation". She didn't even know if she was originally a slime girl or not. Her only memories were the horrors of that lab... and her tag code, #SGV028. Her fear of humans, especially men, was overwhelming at first, but the Brothers of Smash helped her re-adjust to the outside world.
Meilene personally put forth an extra effort to teach and protect the slime girl, and as a result her first true bond was with Meilene. After a team brainstorming session, the Brothers of Smash gave her the name "Twill" by punching her tag code repeatedly and adding vowels in places until it sounded reasonable. She wears her new name with pride and has become very soft and friendly, choosing to look forward to the joys of tomorrow instead of going through her nightmares to try and learn her past.
Appearance
Twill's neutral and most common form is that of a human-like girl. Her dark blue eyes and soft smile quickly puts others at ease. She has medium-length "hair" that extends slightly below her shoulders, with bangs to the side covering her right eye. Her light blue gel is normally translucent, allowing you to partially see her power core through her body. When she goes outside, she solidifies the gel around her body's center, turning it solid in color and forming a sort of makeshift outfit. This thicker layer of gel protects her power core while also keeping her "decent" in public, hiding her small breasts. She alternates between forming only a "shirt" to slide across the ground, and forming a "shirt" and "pants" to walk around on two formed legs. Her head, arms, and (when she has them) feet remain translucent to differentiate her "skin" from her "clothes".
When Twill enters her Hyperdrive state, her gel color turns into a bright sunset orange.
Behavior and Personality
Even after her past hardships, Twill still remains kind and true of heart, rarely ever saying rude things. Despite her friendly demeanor, she has a hard time trusting others, and if she feels nervous or threatened she becomes distant and reserved. If she eventually gives you her trust and becomes your friend, Twill becomes very attached and is willing to endanger herself to protect you from harm. When transforming, Twill tends to take the form of marine life. For example, she may become a soft jellyfish to hover in strong winds, turn her hands into crab claws to pinch at enemies, or create a giant turtle shell on her back to reduce damage taken. She can also fall apart into a blob of goo to quickly slide along flat terrain, jumping and bouncing to get to higher ground. Twill used to have the dream of becoming a concert pianist, but now she is perfectly satisfied with spending her days at the team's base, divided between going on missions and keeping the Brothers company.
Base Attacks
Slime Punch:
Twill extends her arm to deliver a powerful ranged punch, bouncing enemies back with force.
Grapple Slime:
Twill can latch onto things, such as hooks or grappling pegs, and swing across with her stretching arms.
Gel Shot:
Twill generates extra gel around her body, launching small blots of gel rapid-fire to attack from a distance.
Rubber Jump:
Twill throws part of her body forward, then retracts her body to that point, slinging forward like a rubber band.
Slime Pound:
Twill throws her entire body in a close-range slamming tackle. She can safely trap small foes inside her body.
Shuffle Puddle:
Twill reduces her body to a simple pile, drastically increasing her speed at the cost of her defense.

"It's wonderful to get some recognition for my work once in a while..."
They appeared seemingly overnight. Men and women in black cloaks, chanting prayers to a being only known as the Crimson Weaver. No one knows where they came from, or what their motives are, or why they keep themselves out of the public eye for the most part.
